Alcatraz Day 1

Here's a picture of Chris & Paul before they set off .. Note the back tyres have just been ceremoniously dipped in the Pacific Ocean waters of San Francisco Bay. The tight spandex outfits were purchased at a local outfitters apparently. I guess that the Golden Gate Bridge shot was not available due to fog. Or perhaps they forgot that one of the world's most recognisable images was about 500 yards to the left of them for this pic.
